THE COOKING CLUB!

With over 25 years experience in professional and development kitchens, I have lots of recipes, tricks, and tips up my sleeves.  I want to share those with you in a community of others as we cook together.  Share a (virtual) cheers, learn a new recipe while upleveling your culinary skills, and have a meal to enjoy at the end!  

RETREAT + EAT

Each year I partner with amazing retreat planners and entrepreneurs to provide nourishment and a shared table to gather 'round.  With a focus on women's and wellness events, I work closely with the host to create custom menus that reflect the objectives of the retreat, paying special attention to dietary restrictions, local offerings, and even offering interactive demonstrations and classes.

MEET THE CHEF

Hi, I’m Tiffany. I am an executive chef, food scientist, nutritionist, wine aficionado, and cookbook collector. I believe that food not only fills our bellies, but it also nourishes our souls.  Gathering around a table to share food is catalyst for connection, creating and reliving memories; a warm hug, a journey to another culture, a lively dance. I love nothing more than to share this with you. 

Salt & Sage creates food with thought.
