


HANDMADE PASTA ALLA VODKA
2 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs
6 egg yolks
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, minced (optional)
2-4 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup vodka (or gin!)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

apron, optional
measuring cups + spoons
a bowl for collecting garbage
fork
rolling pin (or empty straight-sided wine bottle!)
cutting board
sharp chef's knife
wooden spoon or heatproof spatula
large frying pan or saucepan for making sauce
large pot for cooking pasta
tongs
plates or bowls for serving
beverage of choice for you, the chef!
